The civil lawsuit, which seeks $20 million in damages from the Grammy-winning singer, states that Brown invited the woman to meet him at the Star Island, Florida, home of rapper Sean Combs in December 2020,Per the filing, the woman boarded a yacht after arriving at the home and later accepted a drink that Brown, 32, offered her while they discussed her career.
The woman is suing for sexual battery and rape, false imprisonment, emotional distress and violation of the gender violence statute,
