ChoiSiwon And LeeDaHee Share 1st Reactions To 'LoveIsForSuckers' Script, Pick Drama's Key Points, And More
Love is for Suckers
On October 5, the drama held an online press conference with Lee Da Hee, Choi Siwon, and director Choi Kyu Shik. Lee Da Hee stars in the drama as Goo Yeo Reum, a variety show PD in the 10th year of her career. Despite her hard work, all the programs she gets involved with wind up being unsuccessful. Choi Siwon plays Park Jae Hoon, a plastic surgeon lacking passion in both his work and love life, who ends up appearing on Goo Yeo Reum’s dating show “Kingdom of Love” as a contestant.
When asked whether a 20-year-friendship as depicted in the drama was realistic, Choi Siwon answered, “I have a best friend who I’ve known since fifth grade. Nothing’s happened because we aren’t each other’s ideal types. Thankfully, we’ve been good friends for over 20 years. Even if I don’t know her inner feelings, I believe she feels the same.”
