Children were told 'Father Christmas has arrived' after an incredible red light filled the Lancashire sky.
She then took to a local Facebook page to ask people what it was after being confused by the "flickering" red sky. She wrote: "Does anyone know what the red glow in the sky is? Pretty sure it’s not greenhouses this time of year. Is it [Father Christmas]?"Kate, who runs a local children's nursery, told the ECHO: "My mum, who lives across the road from me, rang me to say the sky was red and it was flickering.
