It was not specified how many passengers were in the Subaru, but officials said they were all transported to the hospital. They reported a 4 year-old girl, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was transported in serious condition.Troopers said they were unable to locate the driver of the Charger, and charges will be filed on both drivers.
