Chiefs supporters urged to be patient with Nabi
Kaizer Chiefs Commercial and Marketing Director Jessica Motaung has urged Amakhosi supporters to practice patience over new coach Nasreddine Nabi, who has a mammoth task ahead of him.
The 2023/24 campaign, in particular, yielded a 10th place finish in the DStv Premiership, their lowest in the PSL era, prompting the club to concede to Nabi’s request of bringing his own technical team.We are delighted to welcome Coach Nasreddine Nabi to the Kaizer Chiefs family. We are happy to have you with us, Coach.The Tunisian-Belgian has plenty of credibility for the job, having won back-to-back domestic trebles with Tanzanian champions Young Africans as recently as 2022 and 2023.
"The message to the fans is that we as the Kaizer Chiefs family are working collectively together to build the right foundation for sustained success and you can see the work being done from the beginning,” Motaung told journalists at the Toyota Cup launch on Monday.
