DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA - OCTOBER 15: Caleb Bimenyimana of Kaizer Chiefs during the DStv Premiership match between Kaizer Chiefs and Chippa United at Moses Mabhida Stadium on October 15, 2022 in Durban, South Africa.
Chiefs are sweating the fitness of leading goalscorer Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana after the Burundi international was prematurely substituted during last weekend's MTN8 semi-final clash against AmaZulu. Speaking ahead of the encounter, Amakhosi defender Zitha Kwinika revealed that he was unsure of the 24-year-old's condition and that the club' medical team were still assessing his availability."That I don't know. I think the medical team is busy doing that. For now, we have been busy doing regeneration for the last two days so it's just tennis and what-not, so maybe after that we will know more about Caleb not being available," Kwinika told the media.
