I agree with previous reviewer, cook for 40 mins. Served with a sprinkle of grated Romano cheese and some ground Aleppo pepper.. awesome flavors.. outstanding recipe!Delicious! I slightly altered this by crisping up the chicken skin and then used the chicken fat to cook the onions. I prefer a slightly"stew-ier" texture so I omitted one of the cups of water.

Will be a keeper recipe for sure.Do not underestimate this recipe!! I was suspicious by the lack of stock and the short ingredient list but this recipe rocks. The toppings were good, but the soup stands alone well too.
