The legendary star purchased the blufftop property for just under $3 million back in 1989.
It’s not the first time Cher has attempted to sell the massive home, which is perhaps one of Malibu’s most visible and instantly recognizable residential landmarks. More than a decade ago, she was widely reported to be shopping the property around with a $45 million price tag, though the place never sold.
As for the main house, it has seven bedrooms in about 13,200 square feet of living space that was given a recent makeover by Los Angeles-based interior designer
