Chelsea consider selling Conor Gallagher as Everton make bid - but could have problem EFC

It remains to be seen whether Newcastle, Palace or the Hammers will stump up the kind of money Everton are offering.The Merseyside outfit currently sit 19th in the Premier League table and are in real danger of being relegated for the first time since 1951. Gallagher, who starred on loan with the Eagles last season, has featured in 25 games in all competitions for the Blues this term.
He has missed just two out of Chelsea’s 20 top-flight matches, though he has been restricted to just eight starts.
Fernandez has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea and is desperate to make the move to England.Should Fernandez join Chelsea, they would have forked out close to £550m on players since Todd Boehly purchased the club off Roman Abramovich last summer.He is the seventh player to link up with Chelsea in January after Mykhailo Mudryk , Benoit Badiashile [£33.7m), Andrey Santos , David Datro Fofana , Joao Felix , and Noni Madueke .
