Osorio is coping with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and sharing what's keeping her going.

Below Osorio shares 4 pieces of advice to keep you going through harder seasons of your career or if you’re asking yourself hard questions before a pivot. “One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is the importance of consistency,” explains Osorio. “It doesn’t matter what you do, in order to prove a point or become efficient, even great at something, you have to be consistent. You have to get up and try again and again.

“Once you start to lend your energy to everyone else’s problems, everyone else’s opinion or everyone else’s drama, you will quickly drown,” expresses Osorio. “Stay in your lane. When I find a moment of difficulty I ask myself two questions ‘What is the problem?' and I dissect that and second, ‘What is the solution?’ and I try to figure that part out. Every failure doesn’t define who you are, nor does every success, because you will have plenty of both.

“[This has] been a hard adjustment for me,” shares Osorio. “I’m used to high energy, loud noises, tons of people and constantly moving. I’m always overly stimulated so being at home is something that seems so foreign. I’ve been feeling very unproductive and sometimes helpless in a state that needs so much help, but I’ve just been cooking all my fears away in my tiny apartment. I am taking this “Home Safe” very seriously, so I haven’t been out at all and don’t plan to be.
