Charlotte Crosby broke down in tears as she told a friend about her mum Letitia's devastating breast cancer diagnosis in a heartbreaking scene from her new BBC Three show.
As the pair sat on a sofa, Charlotte said: "You know me mam had the boob mammogram? So we were waiting for the results and they've come back..."Later on, Charlotte spoke to the camera as she said: "It's hit us like a ton of bricks. She only went for a routine mammogram.Viewers of the show took to Instagram to comment on the emotional scene, which had been shared by Charlotte on Instagram, as one wrote: "Awful this episode about @charlottegshore's mam.
"It was so difficult to tell Charlotte I had cancer. We had all the happy news a couple of months before that she was having the baby."
