King Charles laughed off an awkward request to ‘bring back’ Prince Harry while carrying out royal engagements.
The monarch greeted students at the University of East London at its Stratford campus for its 125-year anniversary earlier today.
As he shook the hands of students who had waited hours in the cold to see him, one asked him: ‘Can you bring back Harry?’ Harry and Meghan Markle stepped back from the monarchy as they felt increasingly isolated within the House of Windsor and battered by the British press since their 2018 wedding.He opened up in the past about how, after moving to the US,‘But there’s a lot of hurt that’s happened and I will continue to make it one of my priorities to try and heal that.’
