Charges were dropped against Margera in in a public intoxication case that happened in Delaware County last year.Margera, 44, faced counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, but both charges were withdrawn in Delaware County District Court, records show.
Margera was cited Aug. 9 after Radnor police received a call about an argument between a man and woman at the Radnor Hotel between 3 and 4 a.m., a source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the incident, told The Inquirer last year. Police arrived on scene where they allegedly found Margera intoxicated, and he was taken into custody and brought to the local police station before being released to a friend, the source said.
Pennsylvania State Police later issued a warrant for Margera’s arrest, and he turned himself in to authorities days later.
