A Tyendinaga man has been charged after a vehicle went into the ditch on Highway 401 in Quinte West.
An OPP officer on patrol around 3 a.m. on Saturday saw a driver lose control of their vehicle and enter the ditch. An investigation led to the driver 26-year-old Bradley Gardiner being arrested on a charge of failure or refusal to comply with breath demand.Their vehicle was also impounded for seven days, and their licence was suspended for 90 days.
