Don't Tell the Bride has spanned nearly two decades and 14 series'
Channel 4 has reportedly 'axed' Don't Tell the Bride after 16 years on TV screens. The iconic show was previously aired on BBC Three before moving to BBC One in 2015.
The grooms and his stag party are left alone to plan everything for the wedding such as food, the venue, decorations, bridesmaid dresses, the stag and hen parties and even the brides dress. The money is given to them under the condition that the bride-and-groom will have no contact at all for three weeks until the day they meet at the altar.
While fans will still be able to watch old episodes of the show online, it has reportedly been removed from schedules. There are currently no plans for a new series, but Channel 4 has not ruled out the possibility bringing it back in the future.
