A Johnstone mum who has shed five stone has told of how her new diet has also helped to cut down on her shopping bills.WorldThe mum-of-five decided she needed to take action after she was unable to receive surgery on her foot due to her BMI being too high.She said:"I love Slimming Worldsoptimising because it works for the whole family and is easy to follow. Myself and my family used to eat a lot of takeaways and processed foods.
"Not only do I feel a lot better and more energised, but now I'm eating healthier I have saved a lot of money on my food bills because we have been having less takeaways and convenience foods. "Slimming World has become a family affair. My husband and our five fussy children now mostly eat food-optimising meals, with one of my favourites being Diet Coke chicken."
"At one point, I felt trapped and I didn't know how I could change how I felt until I received a leaflet through my door about Slimming World and I just thought, 'I'm going to go for it.'
