Chance The Rapper's debut studio album will drop next week!
The Chicago rapper used the platform ofto unveil the cover art, title and release date of his forthcoming set, but only after the TV host pre-ordered the album during their chat.
Chance told the NBC studio audience he’d struck a deal with Fallon where he’d share information on the album, on the proviso that Jimmy would buy it atThe new LP is a big deal for Chance. “I haven’t sold my projects before. All my mixtapes were free,” he explained., which debuted and peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, becoming the first streaming-exclusive set to crack the tally.
