The leader of the opposition in Zimbabwe, Nelson Chamisa, says his party was struggling to launch its election campaign because police were blocking opposition rallies.
on Sunday. Chamisa says it was difficult to hold rallies in different parts of Zimbabwe.“We have our colleague Job Sikhala who was unfairly prosecuted. He was persecuted and we want this fixed. As soon as I am voted into power, I will get him out together with Jacob Ngarivhume. This is the most important thing for me. We can not have a country with political prisoners.”Both the governing ZANU-PF and Chamisa’s party are confident of victory.
