Chadwick Boseman married long-time girlfriend Taylor Simone Ledward before his death
. In his death announcement shared on his social media pages, the family wrote"He died in his home, with his wife and family by his side," confirming his marriage to Taylor., the couple were first spotted together in 2015 after she graduated from Cal Polytechnic University Pomona.
In 2019 they made their first red carpet appearance together at the Screen Actors Guild Awards and again at the 50th NAACP Image awards later that year.
