Fraser said he appreciates the role that CHAD plays in supporting seniors, people living with disabilities as well as low-income households. Fraser said the Rural Transit Solutions Fund was created to help address the need to help rural transportation needs, that pre-existing programs overlooked.“I know seniors that just get on the bus for a drive, just to get out of their place for the day,” Dunn said.
