Italy international Alessio Romagnoli looks set to miss Lazio's Champions League showdown at Celtic next week after suffering a broken nose.
And Lazio have confirmed the 13-times capped Italian international suffered a broken nose. They stated: "The medical staff communicates that Alessio Romagnoli underwent clinical and instrumental tests at Paideia International Hospital. The tests highlighted a compound fracture of the nasal bones caused by a trauma sustained during the match. The player has already started specific treatment and will be subjected to daily clinical monitoring.
