Suspended top cop Francinah Vuma allegedly gave the National Prosecuting Authority evidence that placed Police Minister Bheki Cele at the centre of a controversial multimillion-rand police accommodation deal during 2010 World Cup. | City_Press

The 22-page dossier obtained by City Press bears Cele’s signature authorising the expenditure of R47 million of police funds to secure lodgings and meals for members on duty during the tournament.
