The amusement park is in the middle of major renovations to its Sawmill Creek and Castaway Bay properties, both of which are expected to reopen this year.

Work on both resorts was initially projected to be completed last year. Both projects were delayed by the coronavirus pandemic. Cedar Point recently released numerous renderings of the property, which will feature indoor and outdoor pools, a new restaurant called the Miller’s Table, renovated event space and more.
