Officers believe the individual in the picture may be able to help their investigation into the incident. A man entered a business on Rossendale Road and made demands for money.
According to Lancashire Constabulary, the crime happened at about 9.15pm on August 15. Now, a CCTV image has been released of a man officers want to speak to. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.A spokesperson for the force said: "Do you recognise this man? We would like to speak with him in relation to an attempted robbery in Burnley.
"At around 9:15pm on Tuesday, August 15, a man entered a business on Rossendale Road, Burnley and made demands for money."
