A CCTV appeal has been launched after a woman was reportedly the victim of a sexual assault near Preston's Flag Market.
They have now issued a CCTV appeal as part of their enquiries. The force believes the man in the picture 'could help us established what has happened'.A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "We are appealing for help to identify a man we want to speak to after an incident in Preston city centre.
