The request comes after the Auditor-General released a report criticizing management and contracting practices at the CBSA .
MacDonald and Utano were involved in the development of the ArriveCan app, which has been investigated by the Procurement Ombudsman and parliamentary committees. The app's initial $80,000 cost increased to $59.5 million due to amendments and outsourcing expenses
