CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Neighborhood awoken by deadly fight between mountain lions Belmont
A residential security camera in Belmont captured parts of a deadly fight between two mountain lions. Part of the video includes the victorious cat dragging its kill. "Makes me nervous, very nervous," said neighbor Lisa Weidanz. "A mountain lion, dragging another mountain lion. Oh my goodness." Belmont Police urged caution on Wednesday, but not everyone in the neighborhood was unnerved by the brawl. But wildlife experts say, while mountain lion fights may be seem rare, and appear shocking, they're more common than some might think.
