This was the moment the Countdown star disclosed the meaning of her name, saying: “I'll tell you why it is, it's because I was born on Christmas Eve, so I was named after A Christmas Carol so it’s always a mad time of year for me. This week, Carol shared with followers that her college in Cambridge had been named after her in her honour.
