Spurs struggled to stay in the Betway Premiership for more than a season, after they suffering an automatic relegation during the 2023/24 campaign after finishing bottom of the standings.With most of the Urban Warriors players in demand from Premiership clubs, such as Ashley Cupido, Asanele Velebayi, Cumani Butsaka, Soccer Laduma spoke to former Ajax Cape Town star Carelse about what the club got wrong.
"You need experience in the PSL. Look at Zwane, he's 35, he still plays for the national team. There's a lot of players like him but once they reach that age, the clubs think, 'Ah they are old'.
