Dr. Kevin Orrell, the deputy minister of health and CEO for the recruitment office, was recently appointed as the special adviser to the president of Cape Breton University. CAPE BRETON POST FILES - FileHowever, in an exclusive interview, Orrell told the Post, “I’ve been seconded by Cape Breton University from my position with government. I am going to be involved with the development and ongoing expansion of health-care education at the university.
