With 168K followers and counting, B.J. Brophy is starting to get recognized in real life. 'He can't go anywhere without being recognized. It's hilarious,' said his girlfriend Chantal LeBlanc. Has this Cape Breton-born man crossed your TikTok feed yet?
Brophy estimates he spends an hour a day on each video he posts, which is daily. Roughly half of this time is researching ideas through other creators on the site.
"The original creator messaged me and just congratulated me on it because he never had the views I had," Brophy said. The father sometimes has his children in the videos, the ones that are rated G for all audiences. There are some videos which are more PG-13 rated, although many of the jokes and innuendos will not be understood by younger viewers.
