Cape Breton's Oliver Satny made 31 saves. Acadie-Bathurst's Sergei Litvinov stopped 19 of 23 shots before being replaced by call up Jack Howatt, who allowed two goals on four shots in his 8:59 of relief. Litvinov was tagged with the loss. Cape Breton regained the lead early in the second period with Hébert scoring his second of the season at 4:10 before Campbell potted his first career QMJHL in his Eagles debut - a goal that later proved to be the game-winner.
