Canning Fok Kin Ning will be retiring his position as group co-managing director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited after serving more than 30 years in the position.

Frank John Sixt and Lai Kai Ming, Dominic will be appointed as group co-managing directors of the company, whilst Sixt continues as group finance director.“Mr Sixt and Mr Lai have been strong veterans of the group for over 30 years.” Victor T K Li, chairman of the company, said.In the same announcement, Victor T K Li will step down as group co-managing director but will remain as chairman and executive director of the company.
