Taresh Bobby Ramroop fell to his death from a family apartment earlier this month.
A vigil was held Tuesday afternoon for Taresh “Bobby” Ramroop who fell to his death after police were called to his family apartment in mid October.
Without referring to Ramroop by name, Ramer said when police arrived the man had “already barricaded himself inside a bedroom.” Persaud said when she tried to re-enter the building with her mother, Debbie Indal, they were redirected to the superintendent’s office.
