Former Orlando Pirates striker Andries Sebola believes that Shalulile could have easily run away with the award again this season, had it not been for injuries. Sebola was also impressed by Stellenbosch striker Iqraam Rayners, particularly regarding his work rate and never-say-die attitude.The 27-year-old re-joined Stellies in the second half of the season after a tough time at SuperSport United, where he failed to score in the 13 games he featured in for Matsatsantsa a Pitori.
To me, those are the qualities of a striker. I am also happy that he has been rewarded with a Bafana Bafana call-up.
