Westwood Community Council held a meeting on September 28 and launched plans to form a sub-committee to oppose the closure of Westwood Halls and Red Deer Bowling Club.
Around 100 East Kilbride residents attended a community council meeting to express anger over South Lanarkshire Council’s potential closure of some local facilities.
