It has been reported that Microsoft's deal with PlayStation surrounding Call of Duty is a 10-year commitment Xbox CallofDuty PlayStation
Xbox’s head of global communications, Kari Perez has been reported as confirming that the “binding agreement” between Microsoft and PlayStation is a 10-year commitment. Perez confirmed that this deal would only involve Call of Duty and not the other Activision Blizzard titles.
It could be possible that this deal may be similar to the 10-year agreement we saw between Microsoft and a number of other companies, such as Nintendo, that would see the Call of Duty series appear on a number of other platforms. However, the details of this deal between Microsoft and PlayStation have not been commented on yet by either PlayStation or Microsoft so this is still just speculation at the moment.
