Condo apartment sales jumped 23 per cent from September 2021, with year-to-date transactions now up 60 per cent, while row housing rose three per cent last month and 44 per cent overall. “Unlike the other sectors, since 2016, inventories have generally been higher for apartment condominium,” the release states. “It is only the strong demand this year that has caused this market to shift from buyers’ market conditions reported throughout most of last year to one that is now relatively balanced.”
