As Moira Dingle heads to hospital, a special episode of ITV soap Emmerdale reveals why husband Cain has been left with blood on his hands.
A difficult week lies ahead It’s finally the day of Moira Dingle’s surgery in upcoming episodes of Emmerdale and as expected, both she and Cain are struggling. Shortly after Moira was diagnosed with a brain tumour, she made the decision that she wouldn’t have surgery. It was news that Cain struggled to accept but also didn’t have control over. With that, the family attempted to adjust to their new way of living and helping Moira, who often experiences symptoms such as memory loss and seizures.
The reality of the situation seemingly set in for the mechanic, as he held on tightly to his wife, knowing that they will soon have to do this before the operation, with the prospect of a more permanent goodbye on the cards if things don’t go according to plan. Next week in the soap, Moira continues to prepare for the worst regarding her operation. Meanwhile, in the garage, a tormented Cain struggles to process the fact he might lose Moira.
