'We are thrilled to have been selected by Watford Borough Council to run the much-loved café at the tea pavilion'

Owner Julie said: “We are thrilled to have been selected by Watford Borough Council to run the much-loved café at the tea pavilion. “We are focusing on creating a warm welcome for our customers as well as continuing the ‘dog-friendly’ tradition at the tea pavilion.” With no replacement tenant in place at the time, the owners, customers, and Watford Borough Council said they hoped the “wonderful” café can remain as a community-focused operation.
