Byker Grove star Lyndyann Barrass reveals whether she would return for the reboot
The show's return after a 17-year layoff was originally announced on production firm Fulwell 73's social media account, with stars Donnelly and Ant McPartlin appearing in a clip.
"Don't worry we're not making another album," quipped the former. "17 years after it closed its doors for the final time,will always be very special to us as the show which gave us our break, so we are beyond excited."
