Candidates from the SNP and Labour were joined by a Liberal Democrat representative in the Sportsman bar in Rutherglen.

As the bid for the Rutherglen and Hamilton West seat hots up, candidates clashed at a hustings event in a council service funding debate as they showed their support to UNISON strikers.
