This role involves investigating, documenting, and implementing technology systems. The analyst will be the key link between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring system solutions align with business needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing specifications, process analysis, and contributing to program reporting.
To investigate, document and implement technology systems. The incumbent will assist the development team with the required project documentation, testing and user communication. Furthermore, will act as the key link between business stakeholders, project managers and developers to ensure that system solutions align with strategy, business needs and governance standards.
Engage stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Develop Business Requirements Specifications , Functional Requirements Documents , and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria. Translate strategic objectives into detailed system requirements aligned with the Transformation Fund’s operational goals.Process Analysis & Design Map and analyse “as-is” and “to-be” processes across funding, capability, and market access functions.Define and maintain process documentation in accordance with governance standards.Work with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure technical solutions align with requirements.Validate that delivered systems meet user expectations, compliance, and performance standards.Act as a liaison between business units and external vendors to ensure consistent understanding and delivery.Contribute to programme reporting for governance committees.Work with data teams to define data models, validation rules, and integration requirements between systems . Support development of Power BI dashboards and performance metrics to monitor system utilisation and impact.Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or Industrial Engineering. CBAP , PMI-PBA , ECBA .Proactive and self-driven, able to take ownership of business outcomes.Curious and analytical, questioning assumptions to uncover true business needs.Resilient under pressure, maintaining professionalism in high-stakes project environments.Innovative, embracing digital transformation and process automation opportunities.
