We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust BI applications that drive strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:* Creating Dynamic Dashboards and Reports: Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI.* Data Modeling: Design and implement data models (star schema, snowflake schema) that support efficient and scalable BI solutions.* Develop ETL Pipelines: Design and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency. * Data Warehousing: Build and optimize data warehouses and data marts to store and retrieve data efficiently.* Gather Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business units to ensure alignment and integration of BI solutions. * User Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize BI tools effectively. * Query Optimization: Fine-tune SQL queries and BI tool performance for optimal speed and responsiveness.* Maintain Documentation: Document data models, configurations, processes, and any changes made to BI solutions.* Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest BI technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.We are a forward-thinking company specializing in delivering data-driven solutions that empower businesses to make informed decisions.
