Panicked passengers fled the vehicle
A bus which departed Glasgow's Buchanan Street bus station burst in to flames just hours after leaving the city last night heading for Aberdeen.
on the A90 just outside Brechin, Angus at around 5pm after a fire was reported on the Megabus. Emergency services sped to the scene to battle the inferno after those on board had been evacuated, reports the Daily Record.There were no reported injuries and fire fighters extinguished the blaze shortly after arriving.
One person said: "My son has just called me. They were on the Megabus from Glasgow to Aberdeen and have just been evacuated as the bus is on fire."
