Lip Choon Teh, a Burnaby nurse, has been sanctioned by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and has agreed to conditions that include not being the only nurse on duty and not practising in more than one place.

A Burnaby nurse has been disciplined for multiple “practice issues” including procedures that protect patients from germs.

An inquiry committee approved the agreement, which is designed to address issues that happened in September of 2021 and related to “aseptic technique , infection control, medications and focused assessments.”
