An ex-thief who set up a ‘burglary protection service’ has been jailed for three years after beiing convicted of robbing 11 homes
He said at the time he’d turned his back on crime – after allegedly stealing over £20 million worth of goods. Police say Edwards stole ‘high value’ jewellery and items of irreplaceable sentiment from Berkshire homes after he was arrested following a joint investigation between Surrey Police and Thames Valley Police.
