Aphiwe Dyantyi is reportedly on the verge of making a shock switch to the Vodacom Bulls, less than a year after signing for the Sharks.
Dyantyi signed a two-year contract with the Sharks after completing his four-year doping ban, but with John Plumtree overhauling his squad, it appears the winger will be granted an early exit.
However, after a season that has yielded just seven starts and no tries for the 2018 World Rugby Breakthrough Player of the Year, Dyantyi could be set to part ways with the Sharks. Even when World Cup winners Willie le Roux, Kurt-Lee Arendse and Canan Moodie are away on Springbok duty, the Bulls can still call on the services of veterans Sergeal Petersen and Devon Williams and young rockets Stravino Jacobs and Sebastian de Klerk, while utility backs David Kriel and Henry Immelman can also do a job out wide.
