Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas
- Lorne Lester Flamand was sentenced to 18 months probation for causing a disturbance by being drunk, committed in Prince George, and breaching a conditional sentence order, committed in Fort St. James.
- Garett Ross Martin was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, both committed in Fort St. James. Time served was not available.
