A criticism of this team is that they’ve been way too dependent on QB Josh Allen, who’s been second on the team in rushing yards in consecutive seasons. I don’t know if that’s what’s held them back, but they haven’t done much to address his supporting cast coming into this season. It was another solid start for Sean McDermott, who is 13-5 SU and 12-6 ATS in the opening three weeks of action since taking over as head coach in 2017. That includes a 6-3 SU and ATS count on the road in that frame.
